The Story
Founded in 2008, Raptors Republic is the most popular independent fan blog of the Toronto Raptors and the go-to source for basketball die-hard fans who crave in-depth reporting on their favourite team. Although an incredible audience visited their website every day (1.8m views/month), they needed to build a community on social to reflect their strong presence. Reach Agency saw a missed opportunity to engage in deeper relationships with their audience. Thus, it began our partnership with Raptors Republic to utilize digital to drive brand awareness and increase followers.
The Solution
Reach Agency spearheaded a clear go-to-market strategy for social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook, which Raptors Republic had lacked since its inception. This included establishing a brand tone and visual identity, suggested storytelling, and guiding the social media narrative.
